Provide the right file:
For logos and graphics a vector file (line art) is the most common file as it is easy to manipulate and make variations. If you require photographic images to be used we would need it at a minimum of 300dpi.

Outline fonts:
Please ensure text within your vector file art has been outlined to ensure your typeface is correct.

Note: If we are doing the artwork for you, this will be done at our end.

A custom design is unique artwork for your shirts.

We do not provide templated designs, so you can be rest assured your shirts will be a one-of-a kind.

Before getting started, we obtain information from you with colours, patterns, style and your logo. Once we have all this, we will provide an initial concept for you to review and suggest edits. You can suggest edits of what we have done until you're 100% happy.

For colour matching we strongly suggest you supply us with the right colour codes. Alternatively if you know your company Pantone colours please supply those. Alternatively, if you have a HEX or CMYK colour codes, supply those and we can match them for you.

(If we are colour matching, it will be a guide only and may not be exact).

Typical file formats:

Vector for logos: AI, SVG, PDF, EPS

The most common program used to create vector graphics is Abode Illustrator. Most designers when designing your logos and graphics for printing will use a line vector program especially if fonts and shapes are involved. The great thing with vector files is they can be scaled to any size without losing sharpness.

If you do not have any of these for your logo, we can do it for you and incorporate this into your order.

Raster: JPEG/JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, BMP, GIF

Note: PNG, PSD and .TIFF files can be a high resolution image with a transparent background. 

Polyester:

Polyester stands out as an incredibly adaptable fabric, ideal for a wide range of uses, from clothing to household items. Across all our brands, we incorporate this fabric into various products, showcasing its durability and lightweight nature. Notably, it's resistant to wrinkles, dries swiftly, and maintains its shape effectively. Particularly, our vibrant sublimated polos have a great shine with this material.

We're mindful of use case as well, so we also have a few different types of Polyester for most common usage you can choose from.

This can vary depending on the stage of your order. If we have everything from you with colours, logo and artwork, we work on a lead time of approximately 6-9 weeks for production. (Not including public holidays).

However, if we are creating custom artwork for you and or a logo this can take longer.

Pricing is per unit, starting from $55+GST/del, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20. Graphic design services are charged separately. If you require a sample design, contact us for details.

MOQ: 20 units.

You can order as many as you like. The more units you order, the better pricing gets. If you are doing multiple orders or designs, try to get them all in one to save on shipping fees.

You will receive an invoice with our online payment options. No production will begin until payment made in full. You can pay quickly using your preferred payment method of Apple Pay, Google Pay, BPAY, Bank direct debit and Credit card.

Certainly! You may contact us to reorder at any point. If you are re-ordering a past design, we will already have your approved artwork so production/delivery times will also be quicker.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our custom goods, we do not accept returns on these items. Faulty items are exempt from this rule.
