Once you have subscribed, we’ll be in touch to set up your website. In the first 30 days we’ll get your website running faster, and discuss any further recommendations.

02 / On-Going Support

From month 1 onward, we’ll start to working through any recommendations and delivering on your monthly package inclusions like backups, optimisation, security etc.

03 / Task Requests

All our packages have the option for you to request tasks each month. Working as part of your team, we keep your asset up to date and running smoothly.

After you sign up, here's what happens:

New website: If we're building your site, it will be set up on our hosting when it launches. From there, we get to work behind the scenes delivering everything included in your package.

Existing website: If your site is currently with another hosting provider, we'll migrate it across at no cost to you. Once the migration is complete, we'll begin delivering your package inclusions straight away.

A small task is any job that can be completed by our team in approximately 15 minutes. This includes things like updating website text or images, setting up and adjusting plugins, and making minor style changes.

For e-commerce and membership websites, this extends to adding or updating products, adjusting membership levels or pricing, and adding content to restricted pages.
Small tasks don't include development work — this is treated separately and covered under developer support.

All websites subscribed to our Managed WordPress Hosting Service get access to performance add-ons included at no extra cost.

Site Protect: Elementor Pro, Gravity Forms Elite, WPRocket.
Site Care, Site Care Plus, Site Care Pro: Everything in Site Protect + Events Calendar Pro, Give WP Basic.

We'll only install add-ons that are relevant to your site. If your website doesn't require a particular feature, it won't be added.

Please note: If you unsubscribe from our Managed WordPress Hosting Service, you'll need to purchase your own plugin subscriptions to keep them up to date with software patches and support. This applies whether we built your site or not — as long as you're subscribed, these plugins are included at no extra cost.

Developer support covers tasks that go beyond day-to-day maintenance and small updates. This includes things like creating new pages, redesigning existing pages, and adding new features or integrations to your website.

If we come across an issue on your site that falls outside your package, for example, a theme or plugin conflict that needs hands-on troubleshooting — we'll let you know and recommend a course of action before any work begins.

For smaller jobs, you can purchase dev hours directly. For more complex work, we'll scope the job and invoice separately.

While we implement strong security measures across all our managed sites, no website is entirely immune to a breach. If your site is compromised and needs hands-on investigation or repair beyond what our automated malware removal can resolve, that's where breach recovery comes in.

This includes situations like your website going offline due to a security compromise, unwanted redirects sending visitors to other sites, defaced pages, or suspicious content appearing that you didn't add.

If your website experiences a breach while subscribed to Site Care or a higher plan, we'll dedicate up to two hours of support to investigate and recover your site, once per subscription year. Any time required beyond two hours will be scoped and invoiced separately depending on the severity of the issue.

Breach recovery is not included in the Site Protect plan. If you're on Site Protect and need assistance with a breach, contact us to discuss your options.

If you're on Site Care Plus or Site Care Pro, you'll receive a Maintenance / Security Report from us every month — no need to request one.

For clients on Site Protect or Site Care, you can request a single report at any time. Simply contact us or create a task in our portal.

Starting from Site Care Plus, your website is configured with an additional layer of security to actively prevent hackers and brute-force attacks in real time.

At the server level, your site is protected by an advanced firewall that analyses traffic and blocks suspicious connections automatically. At the site level, we install a premium Web Application Firewall (WAF) that provides real-time threat detection, IP blocking, country blocking, login security, and brute-force protection.

Together, these two layers work around the clock to shield your website from unauthorised access by hackers and bots.
Please note: Site-level firewall protection is dependent on your server's capabilities. If you're hosting with us, you're covered.

All websites under our managed service are continuously monitored for malware threats. If malware is detected on your site, our team is notified immediately and we take action straight away.

Once the cleanup is complete, we monitor your site for a full month to ensure it stays clean. You'll receive a report of what was found and removed, along with any further recommendations to strengthen your site's security.

Please note: In rare cases where a threat requires deeper investigation or manual remediation beyond what our tools can resolve, additional development support may be required. If your plan includes dev hours, we'll use those first — otherwise, additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the issue.

No — unused tasks and allocated time don't carry over or credit to the following month. Each month, we set aside dedicated time for your website's care and maintenance, and this resets at the start of each billing cycle. This allows us to deliver a consistent level of service to every client, every month.

Basic Support covers adjustments to your e-commerce, membership, or multi-site setup — as long as it doesn't require changes to the core functionality. For example, we can add external features, build internal pages, or set up workflows tailored to your needs.

Full Support includes everything in Basic, with the added ability to customise core functionality. This means tasks like modifying checkout fields, integrating custom features into WooCommerce, or updating core files to match your specific requirements.

In short — Basic handles the day-to-day adjustments. Full handles the deeper, more technical work.

Yes — you're not locked into lengthy contracts. You can cancel your package at any time. We just require a minimum of 14 days written notice before your next renewal date so we can process everything smoothly.

Once you cancel, you'll continue to receive services until the end of your current billing cycle. We don't provide refunds for the remaining period of a billing cycle, so we'd recommend considering your timing carefully.

When your plan ends, your website will be removed from our servers. Before that happens, we'll take a full backup of your site and notify you so you can request a copy. Please note that we're not obligated to retain these backups beyond that point, so we recommend downloading them promptly.

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We just require a minimum of 14 days written notice before your next renewal date so we can process the change for you.
